  1. Free class changes up to 3 days before the class start date.
  2. 100% refund if requested more than 14 days prior to the class start date.
  3. 50% refund if requested 3-14 days prior to the class start date.
  4. No refund if requested within 3 days of the class start date, or if the student is absent.
  5. If the student is absent due to a medical reason and a doctor’s note is provided, a credit will be given that can be applied to future classes.

In the very rare event that we cancel the class, we will make every effort to notify students in advance and issue a 100% refund.
